Urban Girls Dinner

Tuesday night I put my new Thai cooking skills to the test. I tried to recreate the chicken and cashew stirfry we made at Thai cooking school in Chiang Mai. It was rather tasty but next time I'll spice it up a bit. I made Dana's fudgy bars for dessert. They were a smashing hit and called 'slices' here rather than bars. I had Julia, Belinda, Anna, and Rosie from Urban Life over for a girls night, and we ate and chatted for hours. I was most excited to maintain a reasonably clean house with toilet paper in the bathroom for their visit. It's the small things in life.
