Once

I went to see the movie “Once” at the Nova theater with some people from work – a girl from Czech (same as the lead girl in the movie), a guy about to move to Vietnam to do Youth Ambassador (similar to Peace Corps), and another guy (an Australian actually). We went to dinner at The Castle pub beforehand, which was a steal (anything on the menu for $13 AUD). Choc tops were the order of the day at the movie – a true Aussie tradition. The movie was artsy and very music-based, good though, not cheesy. Tickets were only $7.50 for an evening show. Once that would not have been a good deal, but now it sounds awesome for the couch-like comfort of the theater.
